We are excited to officially announce our recent acquisition of Lumio assets!
ZEO Energy is expanding! We are excited to add new projects to our pipeline and welcome Lumio customers to our family.
To clarify, we have taken on most active solar projects sold by Lumio that had not achieved Permission to Operate ("PTO") status until after 11/1/24. Any projects that had reached PTO prior to 11/1/24 have not been acquired by us.
For customers that reached PTO prior to 11/1/2024, if you lease your solar system, please refer to your leasing company to take care of all issues with your system. If you purchased your system (whether through cash payments or through a loan), please review our Locations section on our website to see which territories we cover. If your home is in one of those territories, we may be able to help! Please fill out a service ticket and provide as much information as you can about your request. Our team will work to respond quickly to the request. For those not located in territories we serve, we recommend contacting a local solar installer for help. Manufacturer warranties for equipment in your system are likely to still be valid and a local solar installer may help you with those.
If you are not sure where your project fits in the timeline described above, are wondering about what warranties are transferrable, or just have questions in general, please send an email to customercare@zeoenergy.com and a representative will respond to you.
